Are all fees (e.g. facility admission) included in the fare?

Admission to tour facilities, fares on tolled roads, meals, and parking fees are not included in the fare. Please pay for them separately.

Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Diner’s Club.

Can you make reservations for meals and facilities for us?

We’re sorry but reservations at restaurants and facilities are the responsibility of the customer.

There is no additional cost when our driver guides. If you wish to hire a guide other than our drivers, please arrange/pay for the guide personally.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not charge a cancellation fee for any cancellations made by the day before the reservation date in Japan time (cancellations in western Kanagawa must be made by 10:00PM the previous day.) Customers who wish to cancel on the day of the reservation will be charged the forwarding charge if the taxi is already headed to the specified location when the cancellation is received or the meter fare and forwarding charge if the car is already on standby at the specified location at the time of cancellation.

We’re sorry but all Hakone Tozan taxis are non-smoking vehicles.
